The vision for Karachi Cowboys emerged through experimenting with applying Pakistani flavors, ingredients, and techniques to Texas BBQ and other cuisines. It all started with a meal and conversation with Nas’ best friend, Kyle. The idea came to life at our debut dinner at Delancey in March 2019. Since then we’ve been honored to pop-up at Holy Mountain Brewing, Mean Sandwich, B~Side Foods, Cookies Country Chicken, Fair Isle Brewing, and more. We’re grateful to be a mainstay in Seattle’s vibrant pop-up community.
