Spice Waala is an Indian street food restaurant in Seattle, serving authentic flavors from the streets of Calcutta and Delhi. We hope to introduce you to our favorite foods growing up in India and to the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. And in doing so, we hope we can overcome the stereotypes associated with Indian food in America.
